A Celebration of Gratitude & Community

"This year marks a powerful milestone - 19 years of our beloved studio and 5 years under my stewardship, a journey shaped by creativity, the honoring of our roots, and devotion to our community.

When I stepped into ownership, I became, in many ways, the keeper of a flame that had already warmed so many lives. And together - through the unexpected storms of Covid - we adapted, reinvented, persevered, and together we kept the flame alive. What has emerged is a studio that feels rooted, resilient & more committed than ever to embodied wellbeing, community, healing and shared growth. Holding this space open for you has been one of the greatest honors of my life. And now, it feels especially important to gather, to celebrate, and to call our community together - not just to mark this anniversary, but to affirm how much we mean to one another.

This weekend is a celebration of community: the breaths taken together, the ways we show up together and all that is still to unfold. Thank you for being the reason our studio is still here in this community and for why we continue to grow & welcome more people! Deeply grateful.

Saturday Night: Candlelight Flow into Ecstatic Dance with Janet Stone & DJ Drez (7–9 PM) Doors close at 7 PM to create a strong, sacred container.

We begin in the soft glow of candlelight—landing in the body, attuning to breath, and settling into a slow, soulful flow guided by Janet. As the practice deepens, the movement expands. The room warms. Breath becomes rhythm. The flow gradually opens into a collective ecstatic dance, lifted by DJ Drez’s masterful soundscape. What starts as a grounded, heart-centered practice will rise into a joy-filled celebration of movement, resilience and everything we are as a community. Cost: $40. Register Here

Sunday Morning Yoga with Janet Stone & DJ Drez (9–11 AM) A grounding, musically infused journey that honors both the roots of our studio and the evolution we’ve embraced. Expect depth, elevation, and a yoga experience like no other. Cost: $40 Register Here
