Primal Flow uses a formula for sequencing with creativity while maintaining structural integrity. This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement to life!

About Crystal Cerrato

A native of California, Crystal first discovered yoga at the age of 16 and has been a dedicated yoga practitioner ever since. It was through the journey of self discovery that she fell in love with the practice of yoga, embracing both its spiritual and physical aspects. Crystal is a lifelong student and conscious explorer of Yoga. After training with YogaWorks with Beth Prandini and Hayleigh Zachary, Crystal went on to obtain her 300-hour certification in Scottsdale, Arizona with Bizzie Gold, Jennilee Toner and Anton Mackey. She’s now RYT-500 and is also certified in Buti Yoga, DEEP, and Primal Flow.

Crystal’s teaching style emphasizes the precision of alignment combined with breath-based flow of movement. Her knowledge of anatomy and energetic centers allows for a deep understanding of the physical body as a whole.
