A dynamic sequence of sun salutations and traditional hatha yoga poses linked by breath. It integrates awareness, alignment, balance, strength, flexibility and grace.Â
You must register for this class at least 5 minutes in advance. Live video streaming will be through zoom. You will receive a confirmation email with your zoom log in details after you register.Â
The cost of this class will be a sliding scale: $10-25. For those who have lost your job and are experiencing financial hardship, please email yoga_samadhi@icloud.com to receive a promo code to use for free online classes. If you can afford to pay $20+ per class, we encourage you to do so. This will go to help pay for those who can’t afford to pay at this time.
