Join Chaz Shand Thursday's at 11 AM for an online LIVE streaming T3 Fitness class. Cardio, Strength & Yoga. A class that combines all three disciplines into one format. Uses the science of periodization, a type of training that many pro, Olympians, and collegiate level athletes have been using for decades to stay in the game, avoiding injuries and over-training. Over the course of six weeks, we cycle through the following three phases. Phase 1 has an emphasis on endurance, balance & stabilization. Phase 2 advances to strength. Phase 3 is a power focus, moving rapidly with grace & precision.
You must register for this class at least 30 minutes in advance to receive your login info for the LIVE video. You are encouraged to join the class 10-15 minutes early to allow time to connect with the teacher and other members of the Samadhi community, and to also allow time for trouble shooting technology if necessary. Live video streaming will be through zoom. Your teacher will email you login info 20 minutes before class starts. You can download the zoom app on your mobile device or use your computer and go to zoom.com.
The cost of this class will be a sliding scale: $5, $10, $15, or $20. For those who have lost your job and are experiencing financial hardship, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a promo code to use for free online classes. We encourage those of you who can afford to pay $20 per class, to do so, to help cover those who can’t afford to pay at this time.
