You must register for this class at least 5 minutes in advance. Live video streaming will be through zoom. You will receive a confirmation email with your zoom log in details after you register.Â
The cost of this class will be a sliding scale: $10-25. For those who have lost your job and are experiencing financial hardship, please email yoga_samadhi@icloud.com to receive a promo code to use for free online classes.
