Online LIVE Hatha with Kaitlin

Join Kaitlin Iversen Wednesday's at 6 PM for an online LIVE streaming Hatha yoga class. Mindfulness and breath combined with slow and steady traditional poses.

You must register for this class at least 30 minutes in advance to receive your login info for the LIVE video. You are encouraged to join the class 10-15 minutes early to allow time to connect with the teacher and other members of the Samadhi community, and to also allow time for trouble shooting technology if necessary. Live video streaming will be through zoom. Your teacher will email you login info 20 minutes before class starts. You can download the zoom app on your mobile device or use your computer and go to zoom.com. 

The cost of this class will be a sliding scale: $10-25. For those who have lost your job and are experiencing financial hardship, please email yoga_samadhi@icloud.com to receive a promo code to use for free online classes. If you can afford to pay $20+ per class, we encourage you to do so. This will go to help pay for those who can’t afford to pay at this time.
