About the Event
The experience will begin with an introduction to ancient mantras honoring the Divine Mother, drawn from the wisdom traditions of yoga. Participants will learn and chant these sacred sounds together, exploring how mantra can open the heart, quiet the mind, and awaken deeper awareness.
These mantras will be woven into a gentle Kriya Yoga practice, incorporating breathwork and subtle energy techniques designed to cultivate inner balance and elevate consciousness. This accessible practice helps prepare the body and mind for meditation while deepening our connection to the life force within.
