About the Event
Experience balanced energy and well-being through yin yoga, healing touch and sound vibration with crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes & voice. Led by Kathy Kacena and Claudia Juhrs, this special workshop is for everybody. All are welcome. No experience is necessary. Cost: $30
Kathy, RYT, has been practicing and teaching yin yoga for over 20 years. She will be offering a yoga practice of passive, long-held release poses, based on an energetic approach influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the related energy pathways, meridians. Claudia, RYT, licensed massage therapist, reiki master and musician will bring the balancing effect of hands-on touch and healing sound.
