About the Event
Join Kaitlin Iversen, a licensed massage and bodywork therapist who specializes in chronic pain management for this workshop that will leave you feeling great! She will guide you through exercises that you can easily do on your own to keep, and even increase, the mobility you have. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
