About the Event
Join Crystal Borup Thursdays at 4 PM for her online LIVE class series, Breathe With Me.
Each week Crystal will choose a different focus for the class. All classes are designed to help you relax, reduce stress, become more centered, connected, and aligned with your own inner truth.
You must register for this class at least 5 minutes in advance. Live video streaming will be through zoom. You will receive a confirmation email with your zoom log in details after you register.
The cost of this class will be a sliding scale. For those who have lost your job and are experiencing financial hardship, please email yoga_samadhi@icloud.com to receive a promo code to use for free online classes. If you can afford to pay $20+ per class, we encourage you to do so. This will go to help pay for those who can’t afford to pay at this time.
