About the Event

Have you been curious about qigong? Hi, I’m Jennie, and I’m delighted to share this soothing yet enlivening practice with you. Join this 5-session series to explore qigong basics with 5-element themes. Each session focuses on one element: metal, water, wood, fire, earth. We will warm up with breathing, stretches, and activations before moving into flows and standing postures. Qigong practitioners often feel a sense of calm energy after a practice session; it is a delicious way to shake off the stress of your week and welcome healing positive energy into your life.
