To help slow the spread of the Coronavirus, we have decided to close our studio doors temporarily, starting today. This decision did not come lightly. We hope to be an example to our community and encourage all of you to do your part to slow the spread of the Coronavirus as well.
We realize that having a yoga and meditation practice is necessary to support your well being. We will be offering virtual LIVE classes and will announce as soon as we are ready to launch.
Yoga Samadhi has provided a wonderful service to our community for many years. If you would like to show your support by making a donation, your contribution will help us cover operation costs and lost wages for our teachers. We have set up a donation page and would appreciate any support you are able to offer.
We have so much love and gratitude for all of you. The community we've built over the years is very special to us! Please take care of your own health and be mindful of others, especially those who have compromised immune systems, or who are experiencing high levels of stress.
Again, we encourage you to remember your own internal yoga practice, staying present, calm, and grounded. Eat healthy, strengthen your immune system, continue to exercise and practice yoga regularly in the comfort of your own home. Remember that we are part of a conscious collective. Ask for support and protection from your guides. Send love to Mother Earth to support her healing. Remember that your thoughts matter to your own well-being as well as the collective, and we all hold the power to make a difference. We wish you and your loved ones ease, good health, happiness, and good fortune.
