Thoughout the year we often offer retreats where you can focus  on you, with yoga serving as your transport.

In June and October, you can find us at the rustic and beautiful Breitenbush Hot springs where the classes will include asana, primarily yin yoga (long held passive poses which promote deep releasing), restorative poses and dynamic vinyasa and will incorporate pranayama and meditation.
