Kaitlin Iversen

Kaitlin is an E-RYT-200, with over 2,800 hours of teaching experience and is also a licensed massage body work therapist (LMBT) who specializes in Thai Massage and Cupping Therapy. She has traveled extensively around the globe gathering skills and wisdom on how to lead a more healthful lifestyle.

Three years of her travels were spent in South East Asia, where she lived and worked in various meditation centers teaching yoga, meditation and organic farming techniques.

Creating classes for all levels of yoga practitioners is Kaitlin’s creative outlet. She truly loves the art of guiding people through the explorative flow of the practice.

Kaitlin concentrates her classes based around the breath. She uses the breath as a bridge from the physical body to the mental mind. She gently reminds her students that the sensations felt in the body are simply the physical bodies talking to us- we must communicate back by using the breath.

Her classes focus on alignment, breath and how each asana correlates to the health within the body and mind and how we can better connect with our higher, more true self.
