Join Kristin Franger for an in-depth exploration of safe and sustainable yoga poses to nurture and support a healthy pregnancy. You will learn safe and sustainable poses as you move through a vinyasa flow class, ending with restorative finishing poses and an extra long savasana. The focus will be on both strengthening and opening, and there will be endless options for your specific needs and desires. You will come away with take-home sequences for your home practice, tools to navigate drop-in public classes, a bold confidence in your body, a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your baby, and some new mama friends!
Open to all pregnant women with a stable pregnancy, as well as yoga teachers and health professionals seeking more information on prenatal yoga. No yoga experience necessary.
