Self Myofascial Release
Learn the basics of self-care using a variety of tools — foam roller, dimple ball, and lacrosse ball. We
will cover techniques to release tight tissue from your head to your feet.
Bring your own foam roller, dimple ball and/or lacrosse ball. Or, let me know when you RSVP if you
