Join Kaitlin Iversen for a fun 7-week Chakra & Yoga 101 Series as she introduces the subtle energy around the Chakras. Learn more about how each one of these energy wheels influence us, and how we can influence them! We will explore different asanas, or yoga postures, related to each chakra as well as learn about different foods and essential oils that help promote balance within our subtle body!
It is not required to attend all 7 classes, but highly recommended; as we will be focusing on a different chakra each week. No yoga or chakra experience necessary. $10 drop in, studio punch cards and memberships okay.
