Monthly Women’s Gatherings
Apr 26 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Monthly Women's Gatherings @ Yoga Samadhi Studio

Abby invites you to join her for a Cacao Ceremony to open your heart and connect you to your womb. Space will be held for you to share what is calling from deep within and we will all hold space for one other to do the same.

There will be time to connect as well as time for silence for you to go within. We will traverse through a deep, guided meditation to reclaim our power as woman and journey to our wombs. Abby holds these circles with the intention for women to allow themselves to let go, connect and let spirit flow through them.

The birth of the Women’s Gatherings came from a craving to experience a deep, raw connection with other women, a craving for community, a craving for the power of the womb to be reclaimed and honored. It came from a craving for more ceremony, a craving to have sacred space to rest in and a craving to clear the personal and collective trauma of the womb and the divine feminine that we all share in some form or another.

There will be time to ground and connect with one another before leaving so we can deeply nourish a community that will nourish us all.

*** Limited space, registration required ***

Sliding scale: $25-$40. Last Fridays 6pm-9pm.”

Finding Inner Peace – Meditation & Discourse with Baba Shiva Rudra Balayogi
Apr 28 @ 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Finding Inner Peace - Meditation & Discourse with Baba Shiva Rudra Balayogi @ Yoga Samadi

Baba, one of the great Self Realized Yogis of our era, will be visiting Yoga Samadhi on his world tour, conducting free meditation classes, answering questions on meditation, self-realization and finding inner peace.

An essential message of Baba’s teaching is:  People are suffering because they have forgotten the liberating Truth of who they are. Among the thousands of thoughts that appear in our mind each day, there is a one thing which is not a thought – our consciousness of existing. The silent witness to the mind is the true Self. Direct experience of this fundamental reality brings peace and contentment to our life. By silencing the mind with meditation we come face to face with the truth of existence, a state of consciousness in which supreme peace is the reality.

Baba is a masterful teacher who draws from his own experience of Self Realization to inspire seekers and to clarify their questions on meditation and spirituality. Learn and practice meditation with a true Master.

Programs are free; donations are appreciated.

Introduction to Family Constellations
May 10 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Introduction to Family Constellations

Heidi St Rogers
$20.00 person / $120.00 (if you we facilitate your constellation) Pay at the door.
For questions or to RSVP email heidithesaint@gmail.com.

Family Constellations is an integrative approach to heal unconscious family patterns, imprints and trauma. Science is now proving we can inherit cellular imprints from our ancestors, at least 13 generations deep.  These imprints can present in our lives or within the lives of our family members as anxiety, depression , money issues, relationship breakdowns, addictions, etc.

Often there is a correlation within the family system with a relative who had a similar issue that went unresolved…thus the trickledown within the family line to be resolved by a descendant.

We trace these issues to find the root within the family system and through witnessing, accepting and honoring our ancestors and their lives, we free ourselves, our lineage and future generations from reliving unconscious themes. Fragmented pieces of ourselves integrate into new neuropathways, the natural order of love is restored, and our lives can flow with more ease, as we are empowered and freed up to live in accordance to our souls own unique blueprint.

About Heidi:

Heidi has integrated many modalites from her 17 years of immersion in the healing arts and her devotion to assist helping people heal on all levels of being. She is deeply attuned to how emotion are stored in the body and utilises her many years as a bodyworker to help release embodied trauma through the process of Family Constellations. She was blessed to learn to facilitate the Constellation work from Mark Wolynn, Author of the world renown book, “It didn’t start with you.”   She is a practitioner of the Ten Session of Structural Integration, NLP,  Cranial sacral therapy, Ayurveda and Panchakarma. Her spiritual path has nourished her work;  including the  Lakota tradition, Tibetan buddhism , Dzogchen, and the Dagara.

She believes in honoring and incorporating indigenous technologies and ceremony into everyday life and on the path of growth and healing.

She is a Family Constellations Facilitator, ordained Minister, and offers sacred ceremony for weddings, blessingways, Temazcal, coming of age and death rites.

She works with individuals and groups both locally and internationally and collaborates with many healers to bring a full spectrum of offerings for integrated wellness and souls evolution.

Making a Mala with Intention
May 11 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Making a Mala with Intention @ Yoga Samadhi Studio

A mala is a strand of beads, like a rosary, traditionally used for counting during mantra meditations. Malas commonly consist of 108 beads and have been used since at least the 10th century as a meditation aid. They allow us to focus the mind on a single pointed task as we work through meditation.

Celebrate the New Year with intention combined with a mala making workshop. Make a mala as unique and wonderful as as you from a choice of beautiful semi-precious stone beads. Infuse your mala with your intention for 2019. As we thread and knot each bead in place that intention will also be set not only in your necklace but deeper and more clearly in your consciousness. Immerse yourself in making and balance your energy with this meditative exercise of beading and knotting.

We will begin with a guided meditation to find your personal intention, We will take the last 5-10 of class to learn how to meditate with your mala.

  • All supplies to create your mala are provided.
  • 10 spaces available
  • Reserve your space by emailing Lynn Schumacher at berkelbees@gmail.com
  • Workshop Fee: $55 (including supplies)
  • Date: May 11, 2019 (Saturday)

Kirtan
May 18 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Kirtan

Open your heart and celebrate an evening of Kirtan with Finn and Seth Andersen. Donations only.

Kirtan is a word that means “narrating, reciting, telling, describing” of an idea or story. You can think of it as a sing-along. The leader sings the mantra and the audience repeats it back. As you sing together, you experience a deep connection with the musicians, other audience members, and yourself. Because Kirtan has roots in India, many of the songs are sung in Sanskrit.
