For years Tate has been teaching and refining the practice of Theta Meditation through our community in the Gorge. Now a student of Torah in Israel, Hillel Tate returns with a new, grounded connection to Source- translating that which he’s learned into Sound & Meditation. Come as you are- learn something new or refine your practice in Theta.
*At the end of each class Hillel will open up his Sound Table for those interested in a short sonic massage*
