Meditation with the Monks of the Pacific Hermitage

The Monks of the Pacific Hermitage lead meditation and offer teachings. All are welcome…no meditation experience or registration is necessary. These events are freely offered, however donations to help support the monks are appreciated.

The Pacific Hermitage is nestled along a forested stretch of White Salmon’s Jewett Creek and is the home of a small group of Theravada Buddhist monks.

Established in the summer of 2010, the Hermitage is a place of solitude for these monks who devote their lives to meditation and simple living. The monks walk daily through the town of White Salmon to accept donations of food, and are available to the community as a spiritual resource.

Monthly Women’s Gatherings
Aug 30 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Monthly Women's Gatherings @ Yoga Samadhi Studio

Abby invites you to join her for a Cacao Ceremony to open your heart and connect you to your womb. Space will be held for you to share what is calling from deep within and we will all hold space for one other to do the same.

There will be time to connect as well as time for silence for you to go within. We will traverse through a deep, guided meditation to reclaim our power as woman and journey to our wombs. Abby holds these circles with the intention for women to allow themselves to let go, connect and let spirit flow through them.

The birth of the Women’s Gatherings came from a craving to experience a deep, raw connection with other women, a craving for community, a craving for the power of the womb to be reclaimed and honored. It came from a craving for more ceremony, a craving to have sacred space to rest in and a craving to clear the personal and collective trauma of the womb and the divine feminine that we all share in some form or another.

There will be time to ground and connect with one another before leaving so we can deeply nourish a community that will nourish us all.

*** Limited space, registration required ***

Sliding scale: $25-$40. Last Fridays 6pm-9pm.”

Group Hypnotherapy Session

Group Hypnotherapy Session

Group Hypnotherapy Session – open to all 15 and up
Instructor: Chelan Harkin

This group hypnotherapy session will provide a wonderful opportunity to sample the deeply healing and relaxing hypnotic experience and to become acquainted with the astonishing powers of your subconscious mind. The atmosphere of these group sessions is always lovely, comfortable, curious, deep and enjoyable. We will start by briefly introducing ourselves and then I’ll give a 10 minute or so presentation about how hypnotherapy works and I’ll also answer any question anyone might have. After that, we’ll do the group session on a theme that is universally applicable, usually something like letting go or stress and negative thinking and opening to deeper levels of healthy self-love, self-worth and self-acceptance. After the session there will be time for anyone who wants to share about their experience to share.

Cost: $20 per person

RSVP Details: RSVP to Wellspring Hypnotherapy on FB or to chelanharkin@gmail.com
