Tish Parmenter

Tish completed her RYT 200 teacher training through Jaya Yoga. Tishs’ classes are dynamic, alignment based, and tishinfused with yogic philosophy, meditation, and mantra.

You will be challenged physically but also encouraged to really tune in to how the postures move you internally, creating a sense of liberation and empowerment.

Her light hearted nature is always good for a few laughs and creates a nurturing space allowing you to be right where you are; while encouraging you to trust yourself, dig deep, and try something new.
