Chaz Shand

Chaz uses sports medicine based training principles and the science of Yoga to empower your fitness, your health and yourself.  These principles include appropriate warm-up, cool-down & periodized training.  Chaz has been training athletes and others for over 25 years. He worked with athletes (NHL, NFL, MLB and MMA) while with Pro Camp in Venice California.

Most recently, he worked with pro cyclist Dotsie Bausch of Team USA (Women’s team Pursuit Indoor Cycling), she and her teammates captured a Sliver medal in the 2012 Olympics.  Chaz enjoys sharing the science and knowledge of athletic training Yoga for all his clients, whether a farm hand, house wife and desk jockey.
