We continue in Part 2 with heart-centered practices and teachings to cultivate virtues of an open heart to reframe and reduce the grips of fear, anger, self-doubt, and judgment. This workshop is for anyone interested in cultivating compassion, gratitude, and inner peace to enrich our lives and the lives of all beings we encounter and who has attended some prior classes with Ellen or has some background knowledge of these teachings. Ellen draws on the work of Buddhist psychologists and wisdom teachers, in particular Dr. Rick Hanson, author of Buddha’s Brain. Learn how to be more at ease with the inevitable ebbs and flow of life. This workshop, which we fondly refer to as “Making Fear Fun 2,” includes guided practices, presentation, and discussion. You may want to bring a notebook.
